Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday to Friday 7am – 2pm (CST)

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

• FEDEX
• USPS
• UPS

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your products and your ship to location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown your shipping rate.

Back Orders

If an item is on back order and you have more than one item in your cart, we will ship all stock items when the order is placed. When the back ordered item becomes available, we will then ship that item. You will not be charged an additional shipping and handling for the back ordered shipment.
